If you’re ready to get clear on your numbers so you can make confident financial decisions to grow your bottom line and your impact, let’s talk.
Typically, we work with service-based small business clients who come to us from referrals. While we’re pretty particular about who we work with, we’re always happy to connect to see how we can help and if working together could be a good fit for the both of us. To qualify for bookkeeping support, your service-based small business must have an annual revenue of $100K or more. To qualify for CFO support, you must have an annual revenue of $1M or more.
We work with nonprofits who are an established 501(c)(3) or in the process of becoming one.
Once you decide you’re ready to bring a fractional CFO on board, we hop on a Zoom call to understand your challenges and discuss how we can support you. We send back a proposal, you give us the green light, we sign an agreement, and then we get to work!
As your CFO, we like to think of ourselves as your strategic financial thought partner. One of the first things we do is put together your forecast. We’re looking at your revenue, expenses, cash flow, and building in whatever personal or professional goals you have. We meet with our clients every month to review your financials and forecast, pointing out any areas of improvement or that should be talked about to help you make strategic thought-out decisions. Your CFO will be your go-to person that you can call on every month that will get to know you and your business/organization from the inside out!
Yes! We love doing our clients’ bookkeeping in addition to their CFO work, as it helps us get to know your business or organization from the bottom up so we can provide even greater insight to help you grow and scale.
As your bookkeeper, we’re in QuickBooks Online coding all of your transactions, making sure QBO is set up to get you the most information and insight out of your financials, and then we’re reconciling all of your accounts every month with the goal of your books being closed by the 15th of the following month.
We also love helping our clients with finance-related operational items that fall outside of bookkeeping, such as payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, and receipt management support.
We recommend and prefer QuickBooks Online. All of our bookkeepers and CFOs have extensive training in QBO and we pride ourselves on being experts in this software.
We work on an ongoing basis with our clients at a flat monthly rate. We create a custom proposal for each and every one of our clients based on your needs. Our monthly bookkeeping rate starts at $500/month and our monthly fractional CFO rate starts at $800/month and varies based on the scope of work (services provided, complexity, and size of your business/organization are a couple of determining factors). We want to provide the highest value possible and promise that you’ll never pay for anything you don’t need or that won’t bring value to your business or organization.
We love working with our clients long term, but you will not be locked into a certain amount of time when you sign our agreement. We work month to month and kindly ask for 30-days notice if you wish to discontinue our partnership.
We are not a CPA firm and do not file personal or business taxes, but we have several trusted CPAs we’d be happy to connect you with. We do file the Form 990 for nonprofits and know that form like the back of our hands.
We’d love to connect with you! Send your pitch to email@example.com and we’ll connect soon!
Feel free to use the form above or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look forward to connecting soon!
