Who is 100 Degrees?

Stephanie Skryzowski, Founder & CEO

100 Degrees Consulting was founded in 2015 by Stephanie Skryzowski, a visionary number-cruncher extraordinaire. Having spent a decade in the apple orchards of Afghanistan, terai of Nepal, and mountains of Haiti among other far-flung locales, Stephanie learned through first hand experience what it means to be out of one’s comfort zone.

She helps purpose-driven leaders better understand and use their numbers to make smart decisions for their organizations, grow their bottom line, and their impact. Stephanie also coaches busy entrepreneurs to build their businesses while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University, with a focus on nonprofit management and finance. She has spent over a decade working in the nonprofit field, serving as Chief Financial Officer for dozens of organizations around the world.

Stephanie brings energy and passion to all things in life! She loves her work with purpose-driven leaders, and when she is not crunching the numbers, you can find her running marathons (7 to date!), hiking, and traveling the world with her husband and young daughter.

Why 100 Degrees?

It was midnight in Senegal and 100 degrees outside. I was laying on the floor, covered with a mosquito net and nothing else, but I was HOT. Sleep felt impossible, and I was so far outside of my level of comfort that I questioned every decision I made that led me to sleeping on the floor in an un-airconditioned room on the equator in the middle of summer. As the minutes went by, though, I adapted to the heat, eventually fell asleep , and woke up the next morning ready to help the nonprofit I was there for.

And so we all adapt when pushed beyond our comfort zones. As we reach beyond what was once thought possible, we find growth, expand our boundaries, and begin to reach our limitless potential.

100 Degrees Consulting helps organizations analyze, translate, and transform financial information and processes to more effectively utilize limited resources and make a more powerful impact on the people and communities they serve. Think numbers are outside of your comfort zone? Let's push through it together!
