What our attendees and participants are saying

I highly recommend Stephanie Skryzowski as a speaker for your next event! Stephanie is a true pro at taking a not so easy topic and turning it into something digestible. The Nonprofit Partnership’s collaboration with Stephanie and 100 Degrees Consulting has been game-changing – allowing our team to offer hands-on assistance with nonprofit numbers from the experts themselves (aka, Stephanie and her team!). Instead of recreating the wheel (and probably not doing the wheel any justice whatsoever), we were able to partner with a true force in the field. The nonprofit sector is lucky to have Stephanie on our side.

Our organization, Martha’s Vineyard Nonprofit Collaborative, worked with Stephanie on two financial literacy webinars for our nonprofit membership. We were excited to work with Stephanie and 100 Degrees Consulting because they had such a strong background in nonprofit-specific finances and plenty of experience with presenting on financial literacy topics. Stephanie did a great job taking a large topic like financial literacy and distilling the information into a thoughtful, professional presentation and easily accessible takeaways. We heard from several of our members after the workshops about how valuable and helpful her workshops were and we are hoping to run more with Stephanie in the future.

Stephanie’s passion for her work helps to quickly put others at ease. The way she shares information is insightful, articulate, and most importantly, engaging. Through her own nonprofit professional background, she understands the nuances and complexities that can come with nonprofit finances.
Stephanie’s tools, templates and other resources are invaluable. She is highly organized and accessible to answer questions. The Maine Association of Nonprofits is grateful to have Stephanie as an education partner for our nonprofit members here in Maine. We would highly encourage other state associations in our network to get to know her and learn what she can bring to their members.

Stephanie is one of our favorite finance speakers and contributors. She is friendly, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. Our audience is often varied, from financial newbies to CFOs with years of experience leading a range of organization types and sizes. Stephanie is extremely adept at breaking down daunting topics, outlining the strategy behind why something is important and then how to do it.
She consistently receives 5-star ratings from our attendees for both her content and her presentation style, and she contributed to one of our most popular content pieces. Our audience leaves her events with a clear understanding of their priorities and marching orders for what to do next, invaluable during seasons of what feels like endless change. I highly recommend Stephanie as a thought leader in the nonprofit finance space.

Stephanie taught my class of grant writing consultants how to budget, do cash flow forecasting, and think big-picture about their finances as small business owners. Her presentation was fantastic—clear, concise, and engaging. Both I and my students left with a deeper understanding of how to analyze our finances, create financial stability, and build wealth. Stephanie even provided free budgeting and cash flow forecasting templates that have been pivotal in the management of my own business finances. Stephanie takes intimidating financial concepts and processes and turns them into empowering tools for growing entrepreneurs.

When it came to deciding how to best support our small group coaching clients with building their online businesses we knew they would benefit from a finance training, and Stephanie was the first person we thought of to lead this. She was our first & only choice when it came to presenting this pivotal information for our clients, and her training helped lay the foundation for them to truly own their business finances. The biggest benefit our clients got from Stephanie was the confidence to manage their business money and how to start feeling organized with it all. We focus our mastermind program around getting our clients to truly step into a CEO role for themselves and Stephanie’s training was a major part of that transition for them. I would highly recommend working with Stephanie when it comes to presenting and training; she does with ease, confidence and clarity.

Stephanie presented to a broad audience with varying skill sets and yet I’m positive we all came away with important information and tools to help us improve the sometimes monumental tasks we face every day. It also provided a nice opportunity to connect and commiserate with others in similar positions and I was very grateful for the opportunity to join in, I only wish I could’ve more fully participated in all the sessions.
