What types of nonprofit organizations do you work with?
We work with nonprofit organziations who are an established 501(c)(3) or in the process of becoming one.
Do you work with small businesses?
Effective February 1st, 2023, we are no longer working with small businesses, however, we are happy to introduce you to a trusted referral!
What does working with a CFO look like?
Do you handle financial bookkeeping?
Yes! We love doing our clients’ nonprofit bookkeeping in addition to their CFO work, as it helps us get to know your nonprofit organization from the bottom up so we can provide even greater insight to help you grow and scale.
As your bookkeeper, we’re in QuickBooks Online coding all of your transactions, making sure QBO is set up to get you the most information and insight out of your financials, and then we’re reconciling all of your accounts every month with the goal of your books being closed by the 15th of the following month.
We also love helping our clients with finance-related operational items that fall outside of bookkeeping, such as payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, and receipt management support.
What accounting system do you work in?
How much do your CFO services cost?
We work on an ongoing basis with our clients at a flat monthly rate. We create a custom proposal for each and every one of our clients based on your needs. Our monthly bookkeeping rate starts at $600/month and our monthly fractional CFO rate starts at $1,400/month and varies based on the scope of work (services provided, complexity, and size of your organization are a couple of determining factors). We want to provide the highest value possible and promise that you’ll never pay for anything you don’t need or that won’t bring value to your nonprofit organization.
Will I be locked into a contract?
We love working with our nonprofit clients long term, but you will not be locked into a certain amount of time when you sign our agreement. We work month to month and kindly ask for 30-days notice if you wish to discontinue our partnership.
Can you file our taxes?
How do you keep my information secure?
We know security is important to you and it’s important to us, too! We take strong precautions to ensure that your information is safe with us.
- We do not store your credit card or bank account information.
- We use secure password-sharing tools with our clients and with our team internally.
- All 100 Degrees Team Members are connected to a virtual private network (VPN).
- All 100 Degrees Team Members are required to attend quarterly security trainings and workshops with an outsourced security firm.
