Episode 85: Asking for What you Want with Sarah Negris Mamani

Episode 85 Sarah Negris-Mamani

In today’s podcast episode, we’re talking to Sarah Negris-Mamani. Sarah is another one of the talented team members here at 100 Degrees Consulting, and I absolutely loved chatting with her.

After graduating with a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Regis University, she worked in sales and then spent five years in program management and events. After her maternity leave ended at the beginning of the pandemic, Sarah knew she really wanted to focus on a career path with more growth opportunities. This realization led her to 100 Degrees Consulting, where she is using her passion for helping nonprofits find success through improving their processes.

Throughout her life, Sarah made a point of not only accepting opportunities offered to her, but to also intentionally seek them out. We talk about how some of her most remarkable experiences started with a genuine curiosity and desire to learn something new.

What I wanted to do was to not have anything that would limit me when I’m looking for roles or looking for whatever career path I wanted. I just didn’t want anything to hold me back. I wanted to have every available option. – Sarah Negris-Mamani
