100 Degrees Consulting only woman-owned business among 14 Buffalo companies honored
BUFFALO, New York (August 12, 2025) – 100 Degrees Consulting was the sole woman-owned business out of 14 in Buffalo recognized this week as the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine. Founded by Stephanie Skryzowski in 2015, 100 Degrees Consulting ranked 2881 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.
“Our mission is simple: empower nonprofits with the financial clarity and strategy they need to change the world,” said founder and CEO Stephanie Skryzowski, Founder & CEO, 100 Degrees Consulting. “Being named to the Inc. 5000 is an incredible honor that reflects our team’s dedication, our clients’ trust, and our belief that nonprofits deserve world-class financial leadership. This milestone is a powerful reminder that you can do good work and build a thriving, impactful business at the same time.”
Skryzowski lives in Clarence Center, NY. Her company attracts national clientele and operates as a remote business with employees in Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”
